Google Pixel XL Specs

this phone is still acceptable in 2019. hey, google !!! when you have an ambition for the best smartphone camera. do us a favor and put proper camera features, such as full manual controls, give us freedom.

I have owned this phone for 18 Months, and feel as if I can accurately describe what's it's been like owning it long term. I got the phone a few months after release. I could have gotten a newer Galaxy phone or a LG phone that looked better on paper. Although, I liked the idea of buying a phone made by Google. I have really enjoyed the phone since day one. It's not gonna win a beauty contest by any means. It could have one best camera, or easiest Android to use at the time. It's simple yet effective approach made using the phone easy and efficient. Over time the camera started to loose it's flare by never being good in low light situations, and the flash option got really bad after I hit the year mark. Battery took a turn quicker then normal as well. Ik tye type of person that will upgrade every 2 years to the latest and greatest. Normally I am forced to do so because my old photos need becomes a glitchy peice of trash. That has not happened with the Google pixel. It still runs nearly as smooth as it did when I bought it. It's not perfect, yet nowhere near bad.

Sadly, the Google pixel XL has lost its flare, it's lack of wireless charging, big gaps on top and bottom of the phone, overall ugly appeal, and failing camera have lead me to ditch the pixel sooner then normal. It should he said that I have the power to upgrade much easier now, so that could be a factor. I need my phone for pictures, GPS, and smooth use daily at work. The pixel XL can no longer deliver at the level I need it to. This is not to say it was a had phone by any means. This is a great phone considering it was released almost 2 and a half years ago. It hasn't started glitching and I don't think it would if a kept it for another year.

I assume no one reading this will ever be buying this phone new, since they dint make it anymore, but if your shopping for a cheap used phone, I'm sure tye Google pixel would be a great option considering it's tye only Android I've seen not turn into a glitchy party beyond year 1.

Only 3 weeks and the body has started to show signs of wear. I'm not a construction worker. I work in the office and my phone is usually on my desk and the back of the phone has already visible wear marks. Bluetooth is also another problem. Constantly dropping the connection while connected to my Car audio system.
