The 2023 Spring Circuit of New Homes concludes April 2.
This year, we present 15 homes throughout the area, open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for your viewing. Don’t miss out on these final days for a great opportunity to see the most current trends in home design by our local home building community.
Based on conversations we have had with participants and attendees from the first weekend, the Spring Circuit is a great event for home and idea hunting. It features beautiful new homes at great prices with extra incentives.
The circuit offers a wide variety of styles and choices. There are ranches, which are very popular with empty nesters and first-time buyers, and some of these are condominiums or villas with no exterior homeowner maintenance. There are also custom two-story and move-up homes for those interested in expanding their home space.
The Circuit consists of 15 homes by 12 local builders from your hometown area. You are sure to see several homes in the style, price and location you desire. Interest rates and incentives to buy have never been better. Many of our builders are also offering special prices and other incentives to help you obtain the perfect home for your family and lifestyle.

The Stark County Home & Garden Show
The 72 nd annual Stark County Home & Garden Show runs April 21-22 at the new Pro Football Hall of Fame Village Center for Performance. The annual event features everything you need for home improvement, outdoor living and arts and crafts. The show has a huge agenda of entertainment and programming, including The720 Market, which is an eclectic collection of talented and creative arts and crafts pop-up shops throughout the venue. The Shootouts will perform at 1 p.m. Saturday.
